  • Commercial: Offices, malls, warehouses, retail shops

  • Industrial: Factories, logistics zones, mechanical yards

We specialize in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Painting, Gypsum, Carpentry, Civil Works, Interlock, and Welding, ensuring that each job complies with UAE Municipality and Civil Defense standards.

Service Agreement & Booking

A project begins with a site visit or design consultation, followed by a written estimate or BOQ (Bill of Quantities).

  • Quotes are valid for 7 working days
  • Booking requires written or email confirmation, plus 25–50% advance depending on project type
  • Prices are exclusive of VAT, unless specifically mentioned

We strive for transparent pricing. If scope or materials change after booking, updated costs will be discussed and approved by you in writing.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and cheque for your convenience.

  • Final payments are due upon completion and satisfaction
  • We issue official invoices for every project
  • Late payments beyond 7 days may incur a 5% penalty per week

We never collect your card or online banking information through our website.

Every project comes with an estimated timeline. However, delays can occur due to:

  • Unforeseen events (rain, Eid holidays, import delays)
  • Permit wait-times from DEWA, Civil Defense, or Municipality
  • Site complications (water leakage, structural defects)

We will always communicate proactively and provide a revised plan when needed. We are not liable for costs arising from uncontrollable delays.

We offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on most services, including:

  • Interlock paving
  • Plumbing and sanitary works
  • Welding and metal fabrication
  • Civil and painting work

Warranty Limitations:

  • Damage caused by third-party vendors or misuse is not covered
  • Natural wear and tear or changes in property ownership may void warranty
  • Any structural defects unrelated to our work are not our responsibility

We fully comply with UAE consumer protection laws, and our team is trained to handle warranty requests professionally.

By visiting or interacting with our site, you agree not to:

  • Engage in data scraping, hacking, or unauthorized downloads
  • Use our site or content for misleading or competitive purposes
  • Copy, distribute, or republish any images, design prompts, or service listings without permission

Our website content is copyrighted and protected under UAE Federal IP laws.

If you need to cancel after booking:

  • Cancellation within 24 hours = no penalty
  • After 24 hours, refunds will deduct any materials or labor costs already incurred
  • For larger projects, cancellation terms will be included in the service agreement

Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Project Site Conduct

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide proper site access, power, and water
  • Maintain a safe environment for our technicians
  • Not interfere with ongoing work or give conflicting instructions without discussing with project leads

We reserve the right to pause or discontinue services if safety or cooperation is compromised.

Photography & Portfolio Use

We may take before-and-after photos of projects for internal documentation or portfolio purposes. These images:

  • Will never contain personal or sensitive details
  • May be used on our website or social media with your verbal or written permission
  • Will be removed immediately upon request

We respect your privacy and brand image at all times.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. In case of a dispute:

  • We recommend resolving the matter amicably first
  • If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Ajman Civil Court, where we are legally registered
